It sounds as if you have the old version of OB..try uninstall OB, download newest installer and install again.

download and install this. Make sure you install into the default location.

If you do this it should work.

i used to be able to play 3d, but now when i try to run it it says "game could not be started" or something.

and the 360 controller doesn't work
