Promotion and demotion would suck, it would put people down and leaders may be mutinied for whatever reason. RANKS however, within your clan, would not put people down. Starting a clan all over again because they lost in a war would waste time and that would not be fun which is the second most important thing behind a gym. I agree with the last one tho there should be records of this stuff so if people join a gym, they know what they're joining.
