Agreed Nigel, I see a lot of this argument going on and it needs sorting out.

Ping is the time it takes for you to send or receive your packets (info/data) from/to the server.
so 13 ms, it's taking 13 millliseconds to send/receive etc. -1 means well erm, it's tripping on you as that means it's gone before it's sent

I thought it was funny atleast but sure I'll give you a proper answer.
They are the same thing, each one has it's own seperate unique apeal IMO and I think this "which is better" debate has gone on long enough and has got everyone confused.
Boxing is a part of MMA, the same goes for Wrestling, Judo, Jujitso, Kick and Thai Boxing (tons of them). They are all part of the same thing (Martial arts or what some people call sweet science, it's the same god damn thing).
I think people can't see this and I think they are stupid to try and put up a barrier between the arts on a whole. Sure some arts are more popular, they have bigger fan bases and are more in the public eye but this doesn't mean they are "better" arts.
I think money has a lot to do with this, they see the Boxers getting the big bucks and automatically think that it's a higher grade of talent. Judo guys don't earn this, why not ?? It's because it's not in the public eye and the same goes for a lot of other arts.
Boxing is in the public eye so it generates a lot of talk and money and has a huge following. UFC is in the public eye so it's also generating a lot of talk and money so automatically this debate starts about where the talent lies, it's all bullsh@t.
Or you can have the short answer: There isn't a better sport (art), it's a bullsh@t argument.

I'm sorry Reaper but if you are saying you're better than Larry then I will have to strongly disagree (also laugh a little).
From what I've heard and seen yes you are ok at the game, top twenty (currently active) etc but I'm sorry no man you're nothing close to Larry when it comes to skills.
If you were not saying that then don't mind me, move along there is nothing to see here......

What do you know, you think Boxing is better

I think Larry has finally realised UFC rules and he has snapped under the pressure.....
Let it out Larry bro, let it all out

You're only as good as your last fight.

I removed the spam posts.
If you want to discuss things which are not techinal issues then do it in the general sub.
OB uses a lot of upload also dudes, it's not always your download speed which causes things. I have a damn good line like 10+ mb (I get 1700 kbps down and 700+ kbps up) and I still get lag sometimes.
It's not always the game also guys it can be your system and your ISP being a ******. There are loads of things which can cause lag, firewalls, java, loads.......
Try changing and testing a few things and report them back (what you have tried and the results etc) if you don't mind that is as it will help pin point the issue for Mikkel.
