Well fact is he was 13 with 3 years expierance and he wasnt fat at all hes a tough kid too.
At the time i had been boxing for about 10months so give me a break lmao im not going to be perfect.
I held back but i was sparring properly it doesnt mean i need to take his head off its only sparring.
Fact is josh wudnet kill me but it would be a spar that would be pointless obviously he would look better in the spar because he wieghts like 40kg more then me what would be the point?
I have sparred bigger / older guys that obviously hit harder then josh but i dont see a point in going out of my way to spar someone who obviously will get the better of me and is bigger.

Its all good mikkel i wasnt expecting alot of positive comments from these lot anyway so i posting it on boxingscene and got alot of positive and some negative they can really help me out.

if someone dominates you then u get a lucky kd you can stil lose the round by the amount of punches he hits you with.
Its happened to me before especially against viper when he gets a kd on me i stil am up on points because i hit him so much.

I didnt say i think i hit hard woody and i am always sparring older bigger guys anyway so i dont pick on kids if thats what you thinking.
My coach told me to spar him and i went easy on him because its only a spar not a fight.
