These posts have been tried before and it's just a suggestion. We can't just magically get another 22 people on OB when we want to.

It's a bad idea because then nobody will become a superchamp. And it looks like being a superchamp is a major part of being inducted into the HOF.

It's not insanity or madness. Just look at any forum, any spam is deleted and in some cases a warning is given. Think about it, if you made OB you wouldn't want some retard (yes, i'm referring to you reaper) to spam it with stupid things like "LOL" and "k" etc.
