LOL that was so damn funny.
especailly when he ran out of stamina against another heavybag and started to slap the bag to death.
2-0 to heavy bag.
im sure he is doing this as a joke. oh and have you seen him when he fights that "heavywieght"?
its hard to believe i think he may be joking and i seen him spar that heavyweight and the guy is like completely knew he doesnt even know how to jab yet he brags about it lol.

Oscar wrote:I have to disagree, your speed is terrible to be honest, on the uppercut bag you were moving way to slow and punching to slow, if your going to actually land a punch and avoid them you need to up your pace, especially at your weight. And that 13 year old needs to improve his guard quite badly, however he is faster than you which is alright and he has quite a bit of power. Dayum.
What are u disagreeing with?
Yeh i need to improve on a alot of things and ive been told i have gd hand speed by the heavy bag vid but i guess thats on another forum so im gettin mixed reviews.
Cant wait til i land that right uppercut in sparring heh i think i wil leave a mess when i do .
Well everyone at my gym been boxing longer then me so hopefully i can improve on everything and get faster plus more powerful hehe.

1) Please change that picture of your upper body. This is not a gay forum.
2) Be careful not to become the next Fraudley Harrison. Busy with hyping yourself in the media. Just do your thing in gym and focus on that.

Professor wrote:I only say this because I believe you need a ttle defense to actually say you won the titke. Im just of the old school like that. These newer players think their champs when thay freeze ko, LUCK KO no defense, or beat the improper champion. (oh say for example some bum has the title of a frozen fight and you beat him and think your a champ now) But winning a title is about winning and maintaining it not just getting lucky once.
gta give u cred for that prof i agree completely.
I was the most active champ when i had my belts i lost my 2 belts to htf and to bear.
They arent very active at all and you can get once in a while a vet make a noob a good example is what fernando vagras did he won a belt by creating a noob then was inactive for a while then lost on his 4th defense lol when the defense wasnt a noob lol.
I defended my title 100+ times against vets and just people that were online plus i lost my titles a few time but won them back.
These days theres jus pure vets making new boxers pretending to be new jus so they can lame a belt then when they do they dnt rematch.

I did do 4 rounds so i didnt expect all my rounds to be perfect and this was my worse round so i didnt do that bad i guess.
Rocky your critism is ok but at the same time you go overboard with it lol but thats just you lol.
Well in sparring and bag hitting, that's not really the place to judge power. Fighters don't necessarily spar or train with full power. A lot of times it is more for conditioning, to get their body and hands moving. That's why I would refrain from mentioning power and speed.
No one really knows how hard you hit but your opponent.
My main comments as stated above still stand on making sure your head movements are with purpose and not wasted energy. As well as using feints when coming forward and using angles.
Regardless as to whether he is big or not, your advantage being shorter, smaller and faster should be speed and movement. You're taking away your own advantages by just bulling in one line straight to his chest.
yeh man il get some more vids up so i can get some more tips maybe get a spar up hopefully and il concentrate more on moving and using my head movements and gettin gd angles and improving my jab.
