Most top lads started at about 8-12 years old, would be very hard to start boxing at 16 and end up pro as theres a long process of learning different techniques. I've been Boxing 4 years now and theres still so much to learn, Boxing is an art its not something you can pick up with a click of your fingers, youve only been training around 4 months you told me and your 19 years old and your talking about turning pro. You need a good amatuer background and a good few years of training behind you before you can even consider it.

Watch some good fighters like Lerru, Nigel, Fatny ect. Look at what they do, pick out elements of their styles that work, try it yourself, be active...youl get better
